A Spanish dinner is not one plate each. It is many plates, and everyone reaches.
Tapas came out of bars, a small plate over the glass, and grew into the way Spain eats in company. At L Campo the menu opens with them and the kitchen sends them as they are ready, not all at once, so the table is never empty and never crowded. Order a first round, then decide on a paella or a main for the table, or keep going with tapas until the churros.
We kindly ask that no changes be made to our crafted dishes. Each dish is built to be what it is.
Two to three per person, and more if the table skips a main. Order in rounds: the first plates arrive while you read the rest of the menu.
Yes, every dish at L Campo is meant for the table. A plate arrives and gets passed.
Each one is marked on the menu. Patatas bravas, pimientos de padrón, the roasted mushrooms and the chef's salad are vegan; the octopus, shrimp and scallops are gluten-free and dairy-free.
Happy hour, Tuesday to Friday from 3 to 6, puts a short tapas list at a few dollars a plate.
