This site is built to WCAG 2.2 AA.
Every page is plain HTML: the menus are text, not PDFs, so they read aloud, resize and translate. There is no overlay widget and no pop-up. Colour contrast is measured by the build itself from the stylesheet, and the build fails if any text pair falls below AA. The table below is those measurements, not a claim.
The Light and Dark buttons at the top of every page set the theme, and the choice is remembered on your device. Text scales with your browser settings, every image carries a description, the site can be used entirely from the keyboard, and reservations open in OpenTable, whose widget publishes its own accessibility statement.
